You don't have to be a journalism major or on staff to be in Eternal Flame. You just need a story.
Maybe your family's been coming to WT for generations. Maybe you found your people in a student organization that ended up meaning everything. Maybe a professor said one thing that changed your whole plan. Or maybe it's something you haven't even told anyone yet, but you know it's your WT story.
We want to hear it. In English, in Spanish, however you'd say it best.
You don't need to be a "writer." You don't need experience. You just need to care about the story you're telling, and we'll help with the rest.

Personal stories, essays, or profiles about WT life, community, culture, or people
Photography that captures a moment, a place, or a piece of WT
Submissions in English or Spanish (or both!)

Story ideas: a few sentences are enough. We'll follow up if we want to move forward
Written pieces: no strict length requirement, but most published stories run 300–600 words
Photos: high resolution, with a short caption or context
Include your name, major, and classification (freshman, sophomore, etc.)

We publish twice a year (April and November), so submission windows are tied to our production calendar
Not every submission makes it into print, but we read and consider everything
Selected stories may go through light editing with our copy editor before publication
